Day by Day Program
 
 
Day 1: Manali - Naggar Drive
visit Naggar Castle and Roerich art Gallery then further drive to Shoja (7 hrs). O/N in Camp / Guest House
 
 
Day 2: Shoja Trek starts to Raghuvir Garh (Raghupur Fort) (3375m) - Jalori Pass (3227m) - Serolsar Lake (3130m) 4-5 hrs
After breakfast, the trail rises into the higher hills through thick forests of oak and chestnut. First visit Raghuvir Garh (fort). Once it was the fort of Raja Raghuvir. Then trek to Serolsar Lake via Jalori Pass.
Serolsar Lake: - Serolsar Lake is a small lake located at about 3130 mts. The area is extremely beautiful as well as being a sacred spot for worshipping the Goddess ‘Buddi Nagin’. Buddi Nagin is the Goddess of ghee (clarified butter), and pilgrims come to Serolsar Lake to pray for good quality ghee in the coming year. As part of the worship, the pilgrims walk around the lake pouring an unbroken line of ghee. Swimming is also possible. O/N in camp at Serolsar Lake

 
 
Day 3: Serolsar Lake - Dawara Nali/Bashlai (3400 m) 5-6 hrs trek
After breakfast trek to Dawara Nali through the forest of Tambul and Bhoj Patra. The trail goes through lovely dense forest teeming with an amazing variety of bird life. Chances of spotting the Himalayan Brown Bear and the elusive Mohall Pheasant are quite good. Reach Dawara Nali or Bashlai. O/N Camp at Dawara Nali
 
 
Day 4: Serolsar Lake - the camp will remain in the same place, trek around Serolsar Lake


 
 
Day 5: Serolsar Lake - Dawara Nali/Bashlai - Guggal Thach-Bashleo Base (2650 m) 4-5 hrs trek Camp at Bashleo Base
After breakfast trek to Bashleo Base via Guggal Thach which is known for its Guggal or Essence. High up in the trees, the Himalayan Langoors (Monkeys) can be seen swinging and chattering, by evening the campsite Bashleo Base is reached. Lying in a grassy meadow surrounded by lush forests. O/n camp Bashleo Base.
 
 


Day 6: Bashleo Base - Waga Sarahan over Bashleo Pass (3277m) 4 hrs trek

After breakfast trek to Sarahan over Bashleo Pass. Sarahan is situated on the crest of a hill, bordering in a long and narrow maidan, on one side of which passes the road with tall stately popular trees. 5,155 mtrs high Srikanth Mahadev peak is of mythological significance, being abode of Lord Shiva but also affords a beautiful view of the panorama. O/N Camp at Waga Sarahan
 
 
Day 7: Waga Sarahan - Kullu Sarahan - Dohra Nallah (Trek Ends) - Shimla 30 Minutes trek & 5-6 hrs drive. Hotel at Shimla
After breakfast drive to Shimla through Basantpur and Naldhera. Shimla, One of India’s most famous hill stations derives its name from Goddess Shyamala. The British discovered Shimla in the form of a little village in 1819, one of India’s best destinations. O/N Hotel at Shimla
